Our Standard of Care
The moment you bring your furry baby home
you want to be with them as much as possible;
but when work, social engagements, travel or other
unexpected commitments keep you away from home,
you will be faced with the challenge of finding care
from someone you trust.
As pet parents, we've been there too.
We worked for two local pet care companies,
but before our first pet care assignment,
we already understood the concerns and challenges
of finding loving reliable care for our own
special family members.

While the professional experience exposed us to
the operational, marketing and practical side of pet care;
it also revealed that we had a completely different
idea of what pet care should be.
So we made our vision of pet care a reality
-to provide the love and care that would
put our minds at ease-
the care we would want for our Pi.
Our standard of care is simple.
We will care for your pet like they were our own
because we know it's hard on you and your pet
whenever you're not together-
whether it's for 30 minutes or a week.
Our goal is to make the time you're apart
easier on both of you.
And because pet care is personal to us,
this will never be just a pet care business;
your pet will never be just another pet;
and you will never be just another client.
We will always put your pet's care first.

It's About Trust
We love what we do, and to us pet care is more
than a dog walk or cleaning a litter box
(although we take those responsibilities seriously).
It's more than just a business to us
because we know your pet is precious to you
And while pet care should be about dependability,
clear communication, paying attention to the needs
of each pet, and, of course, providing loving care,
most importantly, pet care should be about trust.
It starts by giving you the peace of mind that comes
from knowing that we will treat your furry family member
as a part of our family, and that we will care for them the
way we would want our precious pup, Pi, to be cared for.

Choosing a pet care company is a leap of faith.
You're busy, life is unpredictable,
and there are times that you can't be
with your furry best friend.
You already feel bad that you're not there.

about someone showing up,
who is coming into your home
